Thank you for applying for media credentials at the Fonda Speedway. As we enter our upcoming season we appreciate your professional coverage of our events.
Coverage of Fonda Speedway events and activities by accredited media is welcomed and encouraged. We kindly ask that all requests be submitted no later than March 31, 2019. Please do not submit more than one request per media outlet for any one event.
Credentials are not transferable, photo ID is required to obtain entry into the race track under media credentials, no ID, no free entry, sorry. Application APPROVAL or DENIAL will be sent via e-mail address provided by the applicant. Photographers are always required to wear safety vests, these will NOT be provided, so please bring your own or you cannot be allowed to shoot from the infield of the race track or surroundings.
“Go-Pros” or any type of on-board camera cannot be attached to any fence outside or inside of the racetrack or on any moving vehicle without permission from Brett Deyo, promoter of the Fonda Speedway. This request must be made two weeks before the event and we will make contact to discuss. All media coverage including, but not limited to Photography, Videography, Audio and Journalism obtained while covering events at the Fonda Speedway is subject to be used by event management upon request, for promotional purposes. LIVE video coverage of the Fonda Speedway events is strictly prohibited, and any requests need to be approved in advance and in writing.
If you receive media credentials at the Fonda Speedway, please note that this is a privilege. Any negative story, or photos pertaining to the events at the Fonda Speedway will asked to be removed, and credentials could be revoked. Media outlets, you are responsible for your photographers & journalists, any story or photo deemed detrimental to the Fonda Speedway could result in the entire media outlet credentials being revoked with or without notice.
